We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to temporarily join our team for a period of 1 to 2 months. There is potential for an extension, and based on performance, a Full time position may be available. This role will be onsite at our office located in Northwich, Cheshire. It is important to recognize that previous experience in contract administration would be beneficial; however, we are also open to considering entry-level candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

The Role:
Work with internal systems including ServiceNow, CRM, Excel and Email (Outlook and Front) - please note that training on ServiceNow, CRM and Front will be provided.
Process data from vendor contracts and data entry into ServiceNow
Verify Information such as serial numbers and purchase orders
Issue contracts to our Resellers upon data validation
Collaborate with team members

The Person:
Previous experience in contract administration would be ideal; however, we are also open to considering entry-level candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
Confident with computer systems and data entry
Prior knowledge of ServiceNow is beneficial but not essential.
Attention to detail
A quick learner - initial training and team support will be provided.
Possess a positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn
