Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect to join a high-impact project focused on workflow modernization and enterprise architecture design. The role is based in Brussels with 2 days of teleworking per week and is open to EU citizens or non-EU professionals with a valid Belgian work permit.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document the current workflow system and processes
Design and propose modern architectural solutions for system evolution
Contribute to and define data models aligned with technical strategy
Organize and facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather input and validate designs
Perform data analysis and run queries against relational databases
Maintain all project artifacts, including meeting minutes, design documents, and activity logs
Required Skills & Experience
Masters degree + 10 years of IT experience, or Bachelors degree + 14 years of IT experience
Strong development/architecture background with Spring Boot and Kubernetes
Proficient in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server
Hands-on experience with workflow engines like Flowable, Camunda, or Activiti
Skilled in SQL, PL/SQL, GraphQL, REST API design, OpenID Connect, and Enterprise Integration Patterns
Comfortable using architectural modeling tools (Visio, Draw.io) and frameworks like C4 or arc42 (training can be offered if needed)

Based in Saudi Arabia (KSA), the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring operational excellence, and driving efficiency across the company’s crane and earthmoving rental services. Key Responsibilities Operational leadership: Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, including equipment and manpower scheduling, logistics, project administration and invoicing, and safety compliance.
