We’re supporting a client currently implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, and they are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Consultant with a strong background in pensions and integration to join their project delivery team. This is a hands-on consulting role ideal for someone with end-to-end cloud implementation experience.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, especially Payroll
Proven experience in design, implementation, testing, and post-go-live support
Knowledge of pension processes within Oracle HCM
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Solid integration experience, plus a relevant degree-level qualification
Role Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solution design
Prepare and maintain integration documentation and support configuration
Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery
Manage delivery activities and outputs from the Systems Integrator (SI)
Communicate effectively across the project to ensure successful implementation of Oracle Payroll and pensions features
