About The Role
Uber Eats is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to work closely with some of the largest enterprise accounts in Belgium. This role requires a mix of strategic relationship management, business development, operational excellence, and analytical problem-solving.
You'll be the go-to partner for our top restaurant groups, helping them scale their business sustainably and profitably on Uber Eats. Your mission? Make Uber Eats their most loved delivery platform.

What You'll Do
Own Key Enterprise Accounts: Serve as the primary contact for your strategic partners, fostering long-term relationships to maximize their financial success, marketing impact, and operational efficiency.
Optimize Operations: Ensure top-tier customer experience by working with partners to streamline operations, reduce errors, and improve delivery times.
Drive Growth: Develop tailored expansion plans with your accounts, whether through new locations, virtual store models, or optimized menu and marketing strategies.
Analyze & Strategize: Use data-driven decision-making to measure performance, identify opportunities, and prioritize initiatives with the highest return on investment.
Lead Commercial Negotiations: Drive win-win partnerships, ensuring sustainable long-term success for both Uber Eats and our restaurant partners.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal stakeholders, including local Account Managers, Product, Support, and Operations, to deliver nationwide solutions and continuously improve our platform.
Champion Uber Eats: Act as a trusted advisor, advocating for our mission, brand, and product innovations with partners.
What You'll Need
Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
4-5 years of experience in consulting, commercial strategy, finance, or account management-ideally in a large business or fast-growing startup
Strong problem-solving mindset-you think outside the box and tackle challenges head-on
Exceptional stakeholder management & negotiation skills-you understand partner motivations and craft compelling, mutually beneficial deals
