Assurer l’analyse, le développement et la mise en place de projets informatiques depuis l’analyse des besoins jusqu’à l’assistance des utilisateurs.

Les Missions De La Cellule « Informatique »

Analyser les besoins des services demandeurs et confectionner avec eux un dossier d’analyse complet et documenté.
Assurer le développement d’applicatifs informatiques nécessaires à la réussite de différents projets (programme, script, batch…) dans un environnement orienté objet et en respectant les règles en vigueur au sein de la cellule informatique.
A la demande des utilisateurs, assurer le dépannage et l’amélioration des applications existantes et à venir en collaboration avec les membres de la cellule informatique.
Accroître, maintenir et assurer les performances des SGBD présents à l’ISSeP en prenant les actions de contrôle, de restructuration et de sauvegarde/restauration qui s’imposent.
Rédiger des procédures opérationnelles relatives aux applications informatiques et en documenter le fonctionnement.
Assurer la formation des collègues à l’utilisation des outils informatiques et des applications installées.
Amélioration des applications et services existants sur la base des évolutions techniques (matériels et logiciels) et des changements réglementaires, qualité et administratifs.

Diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur de type court (formation de base d’un cycle, p.ex : graduat, bachelier professionnalisant) de plein exercice ou de promotion sociale délivré par une haute école belge en informatique ou tout autre graduat /baccalauréat accompagné d’une certification en informatique.
