Business Analyst – SC Cleared – Data Retention

This role will be working in the Data Office of a critical government programme. Please note, active SC clearance is a requirement for this.

We’re looking for a BA with strong consulting skills and experience with data retention, data deletion and policy.

This BA will work with a Data Architecture and Engineering team and will be responsible for developing requirements and user stories.

5 month initial contract looking to start in May, this will roll long term.

Here is a description of the function:
Establish data office capability, which will define, embed and improve data management across the DSA remit. This will include activities such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Compliance including Data Cleardown process for strategic data pipelines and the data products. The launch of the data office provides the ability to implement consistent best practice design that meets accepted public sector standards and improves data quality. This is enabling the DSA to reduce the number of data incidents and minimise their impact on service and capacity, as well as sustaining users’ trust in their data products.
