Role Overview:
We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in Kotlin and Java development who is looking to transition into a Business Analyst (BA) or Product Analyst role. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage technical expertise to bridge the gap between development teams and business stakeholders, driving product enhancements and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business teams, product managers, and technical teams to define and refine requirements.
Analyze, document, and translate business needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of product features.
Conduct data analysis and user research to support decision-making and optimize product performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value.
Identify pain points in the investor onboarding journey and propose improvements.
Support testing and validation to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong background in software development with hands-on experience in Kotlin and Java.
Understanding of API integrations, system architectures, and modern development practices.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of fintech, regulatory compliance, or investor onboarding processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion.
