As a Dynamics CRM Support Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering top quality technical support to customers, ensuring problems are resolved in a timely manner. Engaging with stakeholders both internal and external and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Skills & Experience:
Experience of supporting MS Dynamics CRM
Strong communication skills required
Proven experience working within a technical support role
Good understanding of IT implementation and support processes
Knowledge of ticketing systems and escalating procedures
Experience and familiarity with ITIL or any other service management frameworks (desirable)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Azure
Fully remote working, however there is a requirement to do client visits as and when required although majority of work is done remotely.
