Your New Role:
This hands-on position within the AdSales and Partnerships Team at the company will give you the opportunity for a wide and varied experience within a busy and engaging team who are at the frontline of working across a dynamic portfolio that covers multiple channels across both on and offline media.
Your Role Accountabilities:
As an assistant in the AdSales & Partnerships team, you will play a key role in supporting
the team in generating revenue from marketing partnerships with brands.
They will help to create sales collateral including presentations and flyers.
They will also help to identify and research proactive approaches whilst also responding to incoming briefs. This involves interpreting the brief, brainstorming ideas, gathering supporting information, and creating engaging and persuasive responses.
They will support the team in the day-to-day management of live campaigns including reporting on their performance.
The intern will also be required to support the team in keeping abreast of developments within the marketing, media, broadcast and technology sectors.
Qualifications & Experience:
UK Ad Sales is a fast-paced environment with a huge learning opportunity. The right candidate will show a can-do attitude with a Creative & Process driven mindset. Problem solving is a large part of the day to day whether that being interpreting a client pitch, optimising & troubleshooting live campaigns, packaging new opportunities, or analysing data.
A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required.
Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are a must.
A keen interest in sports whilst not mandatory would also be useful.

The role will be based in Norwich city centre and will be supported by an NSFT clinical lead within the setting. You will hold your own case load and offer aspecialist response to the clinical needs of young people aged 11-19 with drug and alcohol related problems, often co-occurring with mental health difficulties. Although knowledge of substance use is desirable, a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge is supported and training can be offered if required.
