About the Team :

The Seller Growth team manages the day-to-day journey of new sellers on TikTok Shop, including education, incubation, analytics and strategy.

TikTok Shop is one of the fastest growing e-marketplaces in UK and is revolutionizing social commerce.

This role is suitable for new graduates with relevant work experience. As an integral part of the team you'll take ownership of designing workstreams thus empowering our sellers to scale their business.

Responsibilities

Launch and manage diverse growth initiatives for seller incubation.
Monitor growth metrics, identify trends and performance gaps.
Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and develop suitable scalable solutions.
Coordinate with cross functional teams such as Creator, Affiliate, Product, Campaign and other teams.
Launch and manage projects to improve sellers' content quality.
Launch and manage projects to improve seller's collaboration with creators.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or Master's in 2023 or onwards. (including internships) in Operations, Program management, and/or Project Management
Available to start in May 2025.
Passion for social e-commerce and up-to-date with the trends
Strong data skills with experience in Excel/Sheets
Quick learner, proactive, and resilient, with ability to operate under pressure
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with content creation and/or working with creators
Experience working in fast-paced startup/s
Experience working in e-commerce
Experience with SQL and/or Python
