I am working with an investment manager based in the City who are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Marketing Technology Manager to join a dynamic marketing team for a 12-month contract.

This role is all about collaboration and innovation, where you'll work closely with multiple teams across the business, driving the success of key marketing platforms and technologies. You’ll be the go-to expert in sourcing, onboarding, and managing cutting-edge marketing tech, ensuring smooth implementation and high user adoption.

Your work will directly impact the way we deliver marketing operations, manage client interactions, and enable sales teams with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities of Marketing Technology Manager:
Lead the implementation and user adoption of digital marketing automation, events management, and other marketing operations tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Marketing, and Client Services to ensure alignment and foster knowledge-sharing.
Work alongside sales teams to launch and optimise sales enablement platforms and tools, ensuring efficient content management and streamlined workflows.
Build strong relationships with external technology partners, ensuring they meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).

Experience required of Marketing Technology Manager:
Proven experience in a marketing technology/ digital markeitng or marketing operations role, ideally within financial services or asset management.
Hands-on experience with implementing or managing marketing platforms such as Optimizely CMP, Seismic, Dynamics 365, or similar tools.
Familiarity with investment products and asset classes (equities, fixed income, property, cash, alternatives), and understanding of various client segments in asset management.
Strong project management skills with a focus on user adoption and smooth technology integration.
Knowledge of UK and international institutional and wholesale client segments.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with data and drive insights.
