Long term contract / freelance opportunity for a Digital Solution Architect / Domain Architect to join my retail client based in Belgium on their Digital Transformation programme. The role of the Digital / Domain Architect will be to work closely with the CIO and help shape the next 5 year roadmap within Digital, as well as provide Solution Architecture design support to a variety of different projects within the Digital Transformation such as: Merging B2B and B2C platforms, Customer service automation and experience, enhancing customer experience across all routes to market and finally expansion into different European markets.
To be successful in this role you must be a proven Digital Solution Architect with industry experience within the Retail/Consumer industries. You must have the ability to think at an Enterprise level with strong business stakeholder management expertise, whilst also being able to execute the End to End Solution Architecture & Design. You must have previous experience working on Pan-European Digital Transformation projects, and have completed many Digital projects in the area of Customer, Marketing, PIM, DAM etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ideally be certified in MS Azure.
This position requires a minimum on-site presence of 2 days per week.
