We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Customer Growth team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a Single Customer View (SCV) to the business, enabling deep customer insights and fostering data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll be doing?

Build and maintain a robust and scalable Single Customer View (SCV), integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, transactions, digital engagement, etc.) Ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all customer records

Develop and deliver propensity models (e.g., churn, cross-sell, upsell) to identify actionable opportunities for growth

Analyse cross-category behaviour, identifying trends and correlations that inform strategic marketing decisions

Collaborate with marketing teams to design and measure the effectiveness of targeted campaigns, ensuring optimal audience selection and impact

Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively

Partner with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams to ensure alignment on customer growth objectives and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by implementing best practices in data governance

Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics, eCommerce, and the pharmacy industry to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

Who are we looking for?

Bachelors’ or masters’ degree in related field

Expertise in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, SQL, and other data visualization and reporting tools

Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines within company and ethical rules and regulations

Numerate with strong written and verbal communication skills

IT literate with working knowledge of MS office suite - Excel intermediate

Experience within healthcare sector would be advantageous

Experience working in marketing analytics or customer growth, with a clear understanding of campaign mechanics would be advantageous.
