As a Front-End Software Engineer, You will work to further develop and improve new and current solutions in development in a safe and efficient manner. Working in a team of 5-10 Front-End Developers to develop our new and improved single platform solution through the development of a React.js front-end utilising Next.js and the utilisation of .NET Microservice API calls.

What you’ll be doing?

Develop components for use by our Marketing teams through the Storyblok CMS, this will also involve the scoping of these components and understanding of the requirements as they come from our Marketing and Product teams.

Review and help shape the technical direction of our products through a code review system, meaning you will be required to suggest improvements and assist junior developers in their works.

Who are we looking for?

Extensive experience working commercially with React, TypeScript and / or Next.JS
Knowledge of responsive web design with a mobile first approach
Knowledge of API integrations in collaboration with a mix of backend teams and 3rd Party API’s.
Demonstrable experience in writing reusable code
Knowledge and experience of source control such as Git/Azure DevOps
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with Storyblok CMS or equivalent
Knowledge of TailwindCSS
Experience in E-commerce
Experience writing of Technical Documentation for reuse

What you’ll be doing?

Hands on development of P2U core internal systems, Web and Mobile
Develop applications in a Microservice focused world but with an eye on maintaining previous .NET Monolithic applications
Write high quality unit-tested C# .NET Azure Microservice focused code
Writing SQL code as required
Create new Azure Dev Ops pipelines as required
Working within a high-volume environment
Meeting set targets for individuals and team to meet business targets

Who are we looking for?

Commercial knowledge of and experience using C#, .NET Core, SQL and Test Driven-Development
Commercial knowledge of developing Microservices or Azure Functions
Commercial knowledge of and experiencing developing for BigCommerce or a comparable platform

The IT Security Engineer will administer and optimise security tools, to provide technical security guidance and to implement security change across a range of components to achieve and maintain security across business platforms and applications.

Scope of responsibilities include Microsoft 365, Exchange, networking components (firewall etc), Windows Server, core Microsoft back-office technologies, and 3rd party software and applications.

You will be passionate about providing an excellent level of service with a focus on improving the security posture of global infrastructure in line according to the IT security strategy and business requirements. What you’ll be doing?

Daily system checks and monitoring of information security alerts (AV, Firewall, M365 etc).
Reporting on the performance of technical security controls
Assessing the security risks of changes
Assessing the risk to the business of making security changes
Communicating weaknesses and vulnerabilities
Liaising with technical counterparts across the business, in partners and other 3rd Parties.
Participating in Incident Response and Investigation
Policy development
Test, evaluate, build, and implement security change in line with business requirements

Who are we looking for?

Experience working within the retail services sector preferably in an information security-related role
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows On-Premise and Cloud (Azure) environments, ideally in a security capacity
Strong understanding of Information Security concepts, principles and best practices
Experience of Vulnerability Management
Strong knowledge of securing Active Directory (DHCP, DNS)
Skilled in technical risk management
Experience with Cloud Technologies (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS)
Experience in administering and securing virtual environments
Knowledge of Windows Endpoint technologies, Intune, BitLocker, Defender

What you’ll be doing?

Build and maintain a robust and scalable Single Customer View (SCV), integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, transactions, digital engagement, etc.) Ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all customer records

Develop and deliver propensity models (e.g., churn, cross-sell, upsell) to identify actionable opportunities for growth

Analyse cross-category behaviour, identifying trends and correlations that inform strategic marketing decisions

Who are we looking for?

Bachelors’ or masters’ degree in related field

Expertise in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, SQL, and other data visualization and reporting tools

Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines within company and ethical rules and regulations

Numerate with strong written and verbal communication skills

IT literate with working knowledge of MS office suite - Excel intermediate

Experience within healthcare sector would be advantageous

Experience working in marketing analytics or customer growth, with a clear understanding of campaign mechanics would be advantageous.
