We are seeking a Product Owner Service to lead the development and enhancement of our Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) Product.
Scope of Service - The Service will do the following
In this mission, The Service will be the driving force behind our product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that our security solutions meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the IPS Product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and gathering feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation in the cybersecurity space.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and delivery.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements and iterations.

For the Online team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms. As for Card-Linked, Account Executives are in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing these long-lasting partnerships.
