Job Description
We are requiring a support in 'Security for production' within the infrastructure department (worldwide scope managed centrally) :

-Orchestrate tasks within IT production teams to ensure that the security policy and framework are in place (System hardening, vulnerability management, privilege accounts management, antivirus management), ensure that all logs are collected and sent to our SIEM.

-Perform some validation on behalf of security (validation of network changes) and run regular controls of the security of IT asset (recertification, from data security platforms).

-Contribute to multiple audits

-be the second line in case of cybersecurity alerts

-Systematic root-cause analysis of incidents or vulnerabilities

-Promote continuous improvement. Will be continuously in contact with infrastructure teams (unix, window, DB teams, middleware, continuous integration toolchain), Network teams, application owners and development teams and with the community of BNPP security engineers.

This year, we are migrating our Information System to a private cloud. The team is adapting all its security activities and tooling to this new 'cloud' environment.

We are seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Administrator / Senior Support Engineer to join our client's team.
The role involves working in an agile squad, focusing on supporting and optimizing the ServiceNow platform. The position is based in the central building of BNPPF in Brussels, next to the central station, with 50% homeworking.


Mission Context:

Support and guide the team through various processes.
Monitor ServiceNow instances.
Execute maintenance/run tasks (small changes, LCM, license management, etc.).
ApplyITIL framework knowledge, including:
Incident Management: Second/third line incident management (analysis, alignment, small changes, communication, follow-up, etc.).
