Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to review the European IT infrastructure of my client, to propose new design and implement the required action plans within agreed timeline and budget.
This role is crucial to secure their systems and data while implementing the Group IT standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Infrastructure and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Review IT Infrastructure in Europe:
Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive review of existing IT infrastructure across various locations in Europe that are critical for the business of my client. This includes but not limited to evaluating hardware, middleware, networks, firewalls, data centers, backup operations, vulnerability management, performance and storage capacity, power supply resilience and alerting.
Provide an Assessment:
Gap Analysis: Identify gaps and weaknesses in the current IT infrastructure in relation to business expectations, customers' SLA and compliance requirements when need be.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks and their impact on business operations. This includes cybersecurity threats, data breaches, equipment obsolescence and system failures.
Develop a Plan of Actions:
Create a detailed action plan to address identified issues. This plan should include short-term fixes and long-term strategic initiatives with regards to infrastructure and IT operations.
Estimate the budget for technology investments and implementation.
Establish a clear timeline with specific milestones to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Run the Project to Fix It:
o Manage the implementation of the action plan, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget and coordinating with all teams in and outside IT.
Key Skills
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in IT Infrastructure, in international environments
Technical Expertise: deep understanding of IT infrastructure components and best practices.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
Project Management: strong skills in planning, executing, and closing projects in an international environment with a matrix organization.
Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe
Fluent in oral and written English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, ECMS, Azure, ..) are a plus

Under Group IT Services Distributed Products, The "Storage" product aims at delivering best in class Storage capabilities ( SAN - Sunset Product, NAS, Hyperconverged ) for the group and the entities.
The service will be responsible for the engineering and the operations of new solutions regarding Storage Technologies and its ecosystem, providing service in a global mode with all the regions.
As part of its new Cloud Transformation program (ATLAS), the client has decided with the group entities to modernize the remaining footprint hosted in the regional Datacenters, supporting workloads that are not eligible to the Public Cloud.
Services:
A. Storage Infrastructure Management
* Designing and deploying Network-Attached Storage (NAS), and cloud-based storage solutions.

The Service:
The Service will leverage technical expertise in Antivirus solutions, NAS, AWS, and Azure, along with strong collaboration and customer relations expertise , to render the following missions during migration projects:
Project Collaboration:
Service to operate within a project-based environment alongside various stakeholders, including Project Managers, NAS teams, Network teams, and Security teams, to ensure successful migrations for each new group entity.
Technical Assessment:
Service to assess the NAS requirements for MPI and define the necessary technical activities for the project.
User Migration Preparation:

Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) is part of Identity Global Products Line within Group CIO in Group Operations.
IAM CoE is mandated to design, implement, deploy and operate globally shared products in IAM space for:
* Employees & contractors working for the Group (I AM-Employee)
* Partners working with Group business (I AM-Business)
* Customer users of the Group (I AM-Customer)
As part of the One Identity Program which aims to build the IAM Next Generation framework, The Group has selected Ping Identity solutions in the cloud for its new Group Authentication / Access Management platform. This new platform called "One Account" aims at providing a seamless and secure access to all applications (Group and local) in a Corporate context.
Another platform relying on Okta's (ex-Auth0) solution called "I AM-Customer" has been deployed to manage Identity and Access Management in a Customer context (CIAM) for various Group entities.
2/ Services :
IAM CoE is looking for a Service of IAM Access Management Tech Lead:
* Service to increase expertise for implementing our products roadmaps and implement new use cases (e.g. new authentication methods/policies, infrastructure extension)
* Service to increase responsiveness to cover larger QoS expectations and solve complex incidents involving IAM solutions managing access to all Group business and customer applications
* Service to increase our ability to manage properly new group global strategic orientations and programs we must accompany (cloud strategy and global programs like One Network, Harmony QoS, etc.)
