Join our team as a Test Lead
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Test Lead/ Manager to oversee testing activities and drive quality assurance across our technology solutions. This role will involve managing testing processes, mentoring team members, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality software.
Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects, ensuring robust test planning and execution.
Oversee test strategy, test case development, and execution of functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Collaborate with development, business, and project teams to define testing requirements and align on quality objectives.
Identify, track, and resolve defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high software quality.
Implement and improve automation frameworks, working closely with automation testers to integrate automated testing.
Provide leadership and mentorship to test analysts, promoting best practices in testing methodologies and defect management.
Deliver clear and concise test reports to stakeholders, highlighting key issues, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

Who we are looking for
5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of test management methodologies and defect tracking processes.
Experience in Investment Banking/ Trading – Bloomberg / Charles River ideally
Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address quality risks.
Familiarity with SQL and scripting for validating data is a plus.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is desirable.
