Then our traineeship, starting in September 2025, might be the perfect place for you to start a challenging and exciting career in data!
Where you’re going to get started
From September 2025, you will go through an intensive 10-week training program at our headquarters in Diegem. With guidance of your personal coach, you will put your newly acquired skills into practice and prepare for your first assignment at the customer. The program will cover basic and advanced sessions to enable working in most data platform environments, and help you obtain your first certificates.
Your impact
As a Data Governance Consultant, you play an active role in the implementation of data governance strategy at our clients. You will help them develop a data-driven culture and translate the governance strategy into measurable objectives. You participate in the elaboration of a permanent improvement policy of the quality and completeness of data within the organization where rules and standards are defined and implemented. You guide companies in the establishment of an unambiguous conceptual framework and information model. You will have the opportunity to define governance processes tailored to the customer, and to implement them successfully. This can include data quality improvement policies and standards tailored to our client's organization. Together with our existing team of data governance experts, you keep our colleagues up to date with market trends and best practices.

Your background:
You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in a data-related field.
You are eager to learn and excited to expand your knowledge across various data domains.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a consultancy environment.
You are analytical, critical, and enjoy collaborating with others to find solutions.
You are familiar with Data Management Fundamentals: data governance practices, business process modelling, data modelling and data architecture1.
You have knowledge of at least one of the data management tools and technologies Collibra, Informatica, Talend, MS Purview, IBM IGC.
Knowledge of one of the following tools is preferred: Qlik, Tableau, Power BI
You have a strong interest in how data can be used to drive the business.
You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
