Our client is a central government organisation that is currently seeking a talented Power BI Developer to join their team on a temporary basis.
About The Job:
As a Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining Power BI reports for our client. You will utilise your consultancy background to engage with clients and senior members of the board, gathering requirements, reporting progress, and conducting demos. Your strong modelling experience will be instrumental in creating visually compelling and actionable insights for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualisations
Collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing Datamodelling and validation
Work closely with the CI/CD team to implement best practises and streamline the development process
Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions
Stay up to date with the latest Power BI trends and technologies to continuously improve the organisation's reporting capabilities
Required Skills:
Experience in Power BI report development
Strong consultancy background, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and senior stakeholders
Proven experience in Datamodelling and creating visually appealing reports
Familiarity with CI/CD processes for Power BI
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
