Adecco Manchester are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Customer Service & Supply Chain Administrator to join their team in Stretford, Manchester.

This position provides essential support across both Customer Service and Supply Chain functions, assisting with order management, supplier coordination, and customer communications. The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative and friendly team in a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management Support: Prepare order summaries for Account Managers by extracting and formatting data in Excel, identifying overdue or at-risk orders
Customer Communication: Respond to customer queries regarding delivery schedules, providing clear and professional updates via email, and sometimes telephone.
Delivery Confirmation: Verify shipment details, retrieve proof of delivery when needed, and update customers accordingly.
Supplier Coordination: Follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgements and delivery updates, ensuring accurate records in the system.
General Administration: Filing, updating logs, shredding documents, answering calls, and directing inquiries as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Excel Proficiency - Confident using templates, sorting/filtering data, and managing spreadsheets.
Strong Communication Skills - Professional telephone manner and good written English for customer correspondence.
Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with talented cross-functional teams to create engaging interactions for avatars while developing core technologies for seamless integration across various systems. What You'll Do:

Collaborate with Art, Design, and Engineering teams to develop a Spark-based mobile application for avatars.
Design, implement, and maintain runtime logic in Spark, focusing on performance optimisation.
Develop and maintain art and animation pipelines to facilitate efficient data ingestion.
Provide technical and artistic support by diagnosing and fixing bugs while ensuring best practises in asset creation.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment by collaborating, iterating, and resolving issues effectively with team leads and cross-functional partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience with Spark development, including scripting in JavaScript or TypeScript and shader writing in SparkSL.
Experience in real-time game engine development (e.g., Unity, Unreal) and content authoring (modelling, lighting, animation).
A track record of shipping products with rigorous performance constraints, such as complex mobile apps or 3D games.
Proficient in Python, C#, or C++ for complex real-time 3D applications.
Experience in developing artist pipelines and tooling.
A collaborative spirit with experience solving complex problems alongside artists and engineers.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of emerging technologies such as XR, AI, and USD.
Familiarity with parametric 3D content creation and data ingestion pipelines.
