We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director, Object Oriented Developer (AI Developer) in Enterprise Architecture team to focus on building AI Architect empowering architects and developers in making informed, data-driven decisions, automating repetitive architecture tasks, and streamlining documentation workflows.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Data & Analytics Engineering III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines, implementing data models, and optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility, including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.

What You'll Do In The Role

Design, develop, and optimize complex data pipelines and ETL processes.
Architect and implement large-scale data ecosystems and analytics platforms.
Drive innovation in data engineering by exploring new tools and techniques.
Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval for performance and cost efficiency.
Define data engineering standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex data problems and challenges.
Act as a subject matter expert in data architecture and engineering domains.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and drive data strategy.
Contribute to the development of the data engineering roadmap and vision.
Design, develop, and implement a scalable, AI-driven architecture platform.
Work closely with architects and data scientists to embed AI/ML models into the system for enhanced decision-making, such as recommendation engines.
Drive the adoption of AI Architect and best practices across the development teams, ensuring consistency and alignment with enterprise standards.
Participate in and lead architecture communities of practice to foster knowledge-sharing and innovation within the organization.
Stay updated on the latest architecture and technology trends relevant to financial services, such as cloud computing, data security, AI, and distributed systems.

What You'll Bring To The Role

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and architectures.
Proficiency in data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
Strong expertise in data modelling, data cleaning, and data transformation techniques.
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
Excellent knowledge of data quality and governance best practices.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, or Python
End-to-end Systems Development: Proven ability to architect and build complex systems with a long-term vision.
Expertise in financial services applications, including knowledge of transaction processing, risk management, and data security.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex architectural ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a track record of innovative solution design in complex environments.
Understanding of experimental design, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making. Proficiency in collaborating with data scientists to translate advanced models into scalable production code.
Familiarity with AI-driven frameworks like knowledge graphs, natural language processing (NLP), or recommendation systems is a big plus.
