Job Description

In the role of Sr Technology Architect / Senior Technology Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the Architecture and high level design artifacts. You will also do technical feasibility and identify smart ways of completing client’s requirement. You will guide the team technically and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. Required

Own and lead Hybrid cloud solutions – in formulating and driving the end-to-end enterprise cloud transformation life cycle stages – Analyse, Define, Build, Migration strategy and Operate stages
Relationship Building. Proven record of accomplishment of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/projects
Evaluating demand against key constraints (financial, resource, concentration) and surfacing key risks that will compromise our ability to deliver critical priorities
Working with senior leadership to consult on strategic direction and requirements, leveraging this to inform recommendations and horizon planning
Define cloud migration and modernization strategy, migration pattern, modernization of legacy infrastructure with Containers and Kubernetes, modernization of data and databases, integration platforms, cloud native tools and others
Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and to respond rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation
Work with partners and different practice teams to summarise the solution and associated bill of materials
Good understanding of the commercial construct for the proposed solution i.e. IaaS, PaaS or SaaS across different cloud environment (Private, Public and Edge)
Devising compelling proposals, from concept and business benefit statements (e.g. presentations) to SoWs
Provide advice on industry best practices, implementations in other accounts, in a solution agnostic manner
Continued architectural oversight of portfolio of inflight projects. When needed, willing to provide technical leadership during Major Incidents/Outages
Create guiding principles and solution success criteria for platform capability or feature development across Platforms
Acting as an escalation point for the hybrid cloud infrastructure risks and issues and how they can be mitigated

Preferred

TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect is desired
Cloud and Data centre technologies certification
