In this role, you will support the implementation of the EMEA Delivery Excellence strategy and continuous innovation and improvement initiatives, working with a wide range of stakeholders in Google Cloud Consulting (GCC organization). Continuous improvements and innovation are critical aspects for this role to mature delivery capabilities Google Cloud capabilities in line with its growth, complexity and introduction of new technologies.

Responsibilities

Drive deployment and monitor adoption of Delivery programmes. Ensure communication to stakeholders in relation to the Delivery remit, roles and responsibilities, processes and value is clear, targeted, appropriate and understood.
Provide coaching and guidance to Project Managers, acting as a subject matter expert for project management methodologies, ways of working, processes, tools, templates, best practices and standards.
Instil delivery discipline, adherence to standards and in execution while holding relevant stakeholders to account.
Partner with Delivery Management, wider PSO and GCC leadership to develop, share and act on insights into PSO programme delivery.
Define and drive enablement initiatives to accelerate the adoption of delivery throughout the PSO EMEA organization.
