Job Specifications

Our financial services client is looking for an experienced Change Manager with an active Security Clearance. This position would be working Inside IR35 and requires two days per week on site in Central London. The initial contract duration would be for 6 months with potential to extend.
The ideal candidate would have good experience implementing TOM (Target Operating Modules).

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field. Relevant professional certification (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Practitioner) is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a Business Change Manager or in a similar role, preferably within large-scale IT transformation projects with significant operating model change. Experience with Cloud Platform implementations is highly desirable.

Skills:
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to conduct impact assessments and develop detailed change plans.
Experience in training and development related to IT implementations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with Azure Cloud Platform and associated technologies.
