What you'll be doing:
As our Senior Account Director, your primary purpose will be to drive incremental business from existing accounts by identifying opportunities and establishing trusted, strategic relationships with stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting our range of products and services.
Building strong relationships with decision-makers, from C-Level to IT management
Understanding clients' business objectives and aligning them with our solutions.
Developing and executing a robust business plan for new and existing accounts.
Preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations.
Driving renewals of existing contracts to maximise revenue retention.
Collaborating with internal teams to align with your business strategy.
We want to hear from you if you:
Have a proven track record in IT services sales, with experience in Public and Private Cloud, Cyber Security, and Managed Services.
Have experience managing large enterprise accounts, with knowledge of vertical markets such as Financial Services, Legal, or Retail.
Are highly organised, with excellent planning skills to design and implement growth strategies.
Are an effective communicator and influencer, with strong listening, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Are self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

- Role: Solution Architect/Consultant - Banking/Trading/Motgage/Lending/Mobile Apps Location: Knutsford (hybrid 2 days) • Work with senior stakeholders from Business, Technology, Security, Risk & Service to gather, document and refine their requirements for all changes to the Barclays and Barclaycard apps. • Use system specific knowledge and technical expertise to design solutions to meet all requirements and document as Design Thumbnails (impact assessments), High Level and Detailed Designs. • Support the Business with production of screen flows. • Drive out the BRDs (Business Requirements - Detailed) in a collaborative style to ensure all needs are fully identified to the level required. • Provide information to the business teams and management regarding the consequences of specifying a requirement in a particular way, influencing the final outcome in this way. • Ensure Non Functional Requirements (e.g. Performance, MI, Volumes, Service Levels, etc.) are fully defined, thought through and documented. • To be responsible for all changes to the application / system throughout the whole product life cycle including retirement of systems. - On behalf of The Ministry of Justice we are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract. Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week required in London. The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) priorities include improving public safety and reducing reoffending by reforming prisons, probation and youth justice, and building a justice system which makes access to justice swifter and more certain for all citizens whatever their background. This role is based within our AppSec team focused on building security automation into delivery pipelines and conducting security focused tests against digital services Essential: * An active SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.
