We are a fast-growing IT Security partner based in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, with a branch in Capellen, Luxembourg.
We collaborate with leading technology vendors such as ManageEngine, Acronis, SentinelOne, Fortinet, and many more. With our expertise, we help organizations optimize and secure their IT infrastructure.
Our solutions include SOC services, backup solutions, firewalls, antivirus software, and more.
Your responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and ticketing system
Log, analyze, and (where possible) resolve technical issues
Escalate complex incidents to our engineers or vendor support
Support customer onboarding: software installations and basic configurations
Document incidents, solutions, and customer information in our systems
Contribute ideas to improve support processes and internal efficiency
Your profile:
You have a strong interest in IT and cybersecurity
You have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience
You have experience in helpdesk or support roles (1st line; 2nd line is a plus)
You have knowledge of or interest in tools such as: Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firewalls, antivirus, and backup software
You speak Dutch fluently and have a good command of English (French is a plus)
You are customer-oriented, eager to learn, and structured in your work
