If you are searching for your next interim opportunity and possess the experience listed below, we would love to hear from you!
A seasoned Data Privacy Lawyer or Professional/Information Rights Specialist with extensive knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Environmental Information Regulations (EIR).
Proven experience in handling FOIA and EIR requests, with a strong understanding of the relevant legal frameworks.
Ability to provide expert advice on public data information rights, particularly in relation to technical, environmental, and infrastructure-related information.
Experience in developing strategies to manage the reputational and political considerations associated with disclosures.
Experience advising on best practices for data privacy and public information rights compliance.
Experience in managing and responding to ICO investigations, including developing response strategies and liaising effectively with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Background in data privacy law, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the energy sector, public sector, or similar industries.
