As a Senior Consultant in Transformation you will accompany the firm in its projects and solve various business challenges through our consulting solutions. Thanks to your problem-solving abilities, your professionalism and your exceptional soft skills, you will deal with many challenges that will allow AION Consulting to pursue its growth.

What will you do?

Identify and evaluate client needs to recommend optimal solutions and implement project management, process modelling, and continuous improvement principles;
Oversee various programs, projects, using best practices and striving for continuous improvement;
Conduct processes and technical analyses, derive insights, and convert them into targeted reports, recommendations, and guidance for strategic decisions;
Define and implement new processes through AS IS-TO BE and Gap analysis;
Map processes, prepare Value Stream mapping and interactions in comprehensive roadmap and plans;
Coordinate stakeholders during the processes to ensure internal engagement and facilitate implementation;
Proactively develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients;
Analyse and improve AION Consulting’s service offerings and ways of working;
Be part of the company board, make concrete decisions and be a game changer within AION Consulting.

Your profile

Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Business Administration or Project Management,
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in infrastructure, energy or industrial sectors;
Fluent in Dutch or French, with a fluent level in English, and a good command of the other national language (must have);
Good knowledge of process modelling (BPMN) and continuous improvement;
Good knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Project, Sharepoint, Power BI, Jira and Asana, as well as project and process management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Lean Six Sigma) – Relevant certifications are a plus
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at overcoming obstacles;
An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to develop the company;
Adept at learning quickly, applying insights from past efforts to new situations.
