About The Role & Team
Note this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract and the role requires you to have a Full UK driving licence and use of a car.
As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of marketing campaigns across a range of channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to ensure the smooth running of marketing activities and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns for live sites by liaising with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, agencies, and suppliers to ensure the delivery of materials. Write email campaign briefs for approval and brief in with the digital agency, ensuring deadlines are met.
Media Management
Assist in the creation and management of the media schedule, including the organisation of artwork for advertising, site launches, invitations, and mailers.
Collateral Creation: Work with the manager to generate any new CGIs, video content and brochures needed through the duration of the live site.
Event & Campaign creation
Work with all required teams to generate event and campaign ideas through to their coordination and creation for advertising or on and off-site events.
Site Support
Represent marketing in site sales meetings, providing feedback on trends and information to relevant agencies and teams. Assist in the coordination, installation, and ongoing maintenance of signage, hoarding, and marketing areas on site.
Data & Reporting
Carry out regular site visits and become an ambassador of the development being worked on, understanding the key USPs and target audience to ensure campaigns are targeting the right audiences. Collating campaign and website data for reporting
Digital Marketing
Working with the digital marketing exec in reviewing the website and ensuring it is up-to-date at all times including implementing requested changes such as launch messaging, image updates and price releases. Overseeing property listings on major portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket etc.)
About You
Ideally you will have experience in residential development marketing, however If you have experience and clear examples of cross -purpose skills for CGI, brochure and campaign creation you will also be considered. You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively and strong written and verbal communication skills.
You will have experience in working with and briefing creative agencies. and knowledge of social media platforms and their effective use in marketing and will be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have Full UK driving licence essential and use of a car.

Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple small to medium sized installation, alteration, and refurbishment projects across a live Data Centre. Typical project values range from £250k - £3m.
