Codesearch AI is supporting a leading creative and production business on a short-term engagement to explore how AI can be applied across their operations and services. These include content creation, branded campaigns, events, podcasting, and more.

This is a strategic, discovery-led role. You’ll help identify practical AI opportunities and recommend the right tools, platforms, or quick-win prototypes, with a view to shaping how this business thinks about and adopts AI long term.

What You’ll Be Doing

Work directly with stakeholders to understand business goals, workflows, and creative processes
Identify where AI can create meaningful value - operationally, creatively, or as part of the client offering
Recommend tools, platforms, and low-lift solutions that align with their business model
Create a short, actionable roadmap covering AI opportunities, tooling, and next steps
Advise on team structure or hiring needs for future AI capability

What You’ll Need

A strong background in AI with up-to-date knowledge of GenAI and applied tools
Demonstrable experience applying AI in creative, media, or production environments, ideally across:
Branded content and commercials
Podcasts and audio production
Photography and videography
Social-first content and storytelling
Events
PR or media distribution
Familiarity with tools such as RunwayML, Descript, Firefly, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, etc.
Confidence working directly with creatives, strategists, and senior stakeholders
A strategic mindset - able to balance experimentation with scalable thinking

Nice to Have

Ability to run lightweight pilot projects or build quick prototypes
Experience delivering internal playbooks, discovery reports, or AI toolkits
Awareness of brand safety, licensing, and ethical considerations in GenAI content

This is an opportunity to define the early-stage AI roadmap for a respected creative brand, guiding practical adoption, in some cases without needing to build from scratch

Data Centre Technical Operations Engineer Onsite - London – 6 months We’re looking for two Electrical Maintenance / Data Centre Engineers with experience with hardware, racks, servers and HVAC. The successful engineers will join the Infrastructure Services team of a Global Big 4 client in London. The role will be to maintain and operate the electrical, Mechanical and safety equipment within the Data Centre. Working with HVAC, PM’s Racks, Servers, PDU including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Key Skills / Experience: Operate, maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures Perform limited maintenance tasks: Filter changes, HVAC PMs, rack power installs, rack PDU, and rack ATS replacements Provide support for Data Centre Operations technicians Take daily operational readings of mechanical and electrical equipment (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.) Utilise internal CMMS to manage building workflows and spare part inventory Supervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance Respond to off-hour emergency calls per on call rotation for any one of the region’s sites The role will be an onsite position due to the nature of the work and will involve some shift work and travel between sites. This will be an initial 6 month contract but is likely to extend if performance meets the business needs.
