Whitehall Resources require a PKI Encryption Lead (IAM Support) to work with a key client on an initial 3 month contract.
*This role will involve 50% on site work in London.
*Inside IR35.
PKI Encryption Lead - IAM Support
Job Description:
The PKI Migration Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the migration of Microsoft and Digicert Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions. This role involves overseeing the planning and implementation of PKI migration projects, ensuring that all security and compliance requirements are met. The Technical Lead will work closely with various stakeholders, including IAM, security, and business teams, to ensure a smooth and secure migration process.
Key Responsibilities:
. Lead the planning and implementation of the Microsoft and Digicert PKI migration project.
. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
. Collaborate with IAM, security, and business teams to gather requirements and develop migration strategies.
. Oversee the configuration and deployment of PKI components.
. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PKI migration.
. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
. Develop and maintain documentation related to PKI migration processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
. 5+ years of experience in management and migration of Microsoft and Digicert PKI solutions.
. Strong understanding of PKI concepts, digital certificates, encryption algorithms, and key management practices.
. Experience in M&A projects.
. Knowledge of security protocols and standards (eg, SSL, TLS, S/MIME).
. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience with cloud-based PKI solutions (ideally Digicert One)
. Knowledge of Scripting languages (eg, PowerShell, Python).

- IT Support Engineer - O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Intune Our leading law firm client are looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer (O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Intune) on a 6 months Fixed Term Contract basis to provide 1st line support for the firm, as part of the Service Support Team. The team currently comprises 5 engineers and a trainer based across two sites. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their IT career, looking to get a foot in the door of an interesting and niche industry. You will work closely with the 2nd line support in the office, and there will be a good support network around you in the department to help with learning and development. There will be a lot of engagement with senior members of staff throughout the firm so good communication skills are essential. The main responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: You will be the first point of contact for any users reporting problems to the Service Desk, with a keen focus on customer service and prompt response times. Log, update and close all calls received in the call logging system, whether received via telephone, email or in person. Ensure the Service Desk phone is answered at all times within core support hours. Carry out meeting room set ups, using AV equipment in offices. Promote and nurture a customer focused and performance driven culture within the IT Department. Suggest areas for improvement and take ownership of initiatives based on colleague and user feedback. Experience of working in a professional services or financial services environment supporting all levels of users is desirable, but not essential. Experience working in an ISO27001 environment would be useful, but not essential.
