IAM Governance Analyst
Whitehall Resources are looking for an IAM Governance Analyst. This role is hybrid working with 2-3 days based onsite in Cheshire for an initial 6-month contract.

Job Description:
. You will work with the IAM team in the UK whilst partnering and collaborating with the global team across IAM, wider CSO and other business units.
. Work closely with IAM Control Leads, IT System Owners, Chief Controls Office, as well as the clients internal and external audit partners to assess current environment and architect the future state to drive IAM controls across the firm.
. Develop artefacts to support the delivery (survey, strategy, decision diagrams, solution sheets, etc.).
. Assist during IAM Controls Testing, internal and external audits/regulatory engagements (incl. evidence request facilitation)
. Conduct risk reviews from an IAM perspective.
. The applicant will also have the opportunity to contribute to several other work streams in support of other CSO strategic initiatives (eg, Privileged Access Management & Threat Hunting, Time-bound Access Management & User Behaviour Patterns, Risk Based Recertification & Frictionless Access, etc.).
. Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-wide Risk Management Framework and internal Policies and Standards.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
. Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
. Strong communications skills (verbal and written) in articulating the problem statements and the risks involved
. A team player with strong interpersonal skills
. Prior experience in customer facing roles and focus on continuously improving customer experience
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
. Knowledge of Identity and Access Management Control Environment
. Knowledge of tools such as Request, OneCert, CyberArk, Breakglass, etc.
. Knowledge of using toolsets like ORAC/SORT for issue management
. Knowledge of using toolsets like Oracle/SQL Developer for data extraction

Mandatory:
-Experience on all L1, L2 and L3 level CyberArk issues
-Experience on making unmanaged accounts as managed in CyberArk

-Experience on CPM Plugins Development
-Experience on PSM custom Connectors Development
-APP ID Creation and Adding different restrictions, CCP Providers Creation
-Create/Modify/Delete platforms as per account requirements
-Installation, Implementation, and upgradation of all CyberArk components
-Resolving issues related to safes and accounts in CyberArk
Preferred:
-Ensure team is responding to internal customer inquiries sent to team within defined SLAs, resolving break/fix Incident tickets within defined SLAs
-Provide inputs to assist with continual improvement
-knowledge of processes and procedures to identify and implement ways to make improvements within the team
-Responsible to plan all new activities and deliver the same as per timelines
-Connect with multiple application teams as and when required and recommend best approach for their password management solution

SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant
Whitehall resources are looking for an SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant. This role is remote working, but may require travel around the UK, NL and DE. This is an initial 3 month contract, and candidates are required to hold Security Clearance.

Job Description:
. S4 HANA experience of Plant Maintenance for 4 +years
. Lead workshops to capture L3 process design in all areas of Maintain to Settle and daft the associated High level Design Functional Design Documents (FDD's)
. Identify development objects required to support to be process and work with development team to agree the initial list and scope for FAUICEP Objects to be built
. Identify all data objects and work with Data Team to create object repository and commence data mapping for master data objects
. Identify and document the Configuration for Org Structures and Master Data required in MTS
. Complete all SAP L3 Business Process Signavio Flows for MTS
. Support reporting team to ensure MTS reporting requirements are captured
. Ensure coordination of cross stream topics and integration points are managed/progress to support the L3 Process design
. Support the Change Team to identify and document the change impacts associated with the MTS design
. Be fluent in English and an excellent communicator
