Residential led Development and Mixed Use Urban Regeneration

A Property Developer is looking for a Senior Development Manager to strengthen their Land, Planning and Development Management team to oversee and manage development acquisition, planning and development management of new and existing development sites for residential led development and mixed use regeneration across Central London and Greater London boroughs.

With an exciting array of development sites you will be managing the development process and project manage schemes front end from RIBA stages 1-4 utilising land acquisition, feasibility studies, planning application, design development and project management of the schemes through the early stage of the front end development cycle in readiness for pre-construction and delivery stages of the schemes.

This role is suitable for candidates with Residential led property development experience working on residential/mixed use development sites and a strong track record working in the London development market. You will be a Proven Land & Planning or Senior Development Management professional with exposure to high volume 200-1,000+ unit schemes managing them stages 1-4.
