About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a time-served Electrical Engineer to join a talented team based in Glasgow for a 3-day workweek!
The role involves working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with alternating shifts: days from 7 am to 7 pm, and nights from 7 pm to 7 am.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient maintenance, repair, and improvement of assets across the site. You will collaborate closely with site personnel to develop and deliver maintenance plans and provide feedback on potential improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing and developing maintenance programs to improve asset performance and utilisation.
Responding promptly to plant breakdowns and addressing the root cause to minimize downtime.
Accurately recording and reporting maintenance issues via SAP to share best practices.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and adhering to company and statutory requirements.
About You
