We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master ready to take on the engaging task of driving forward a fresh development platform application. This role is a Hybrid position, with travel to the client site in London. In this dual-faceted role, you'll draw upon your scrum expertise while also overseeing project delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient progress. This is a prime opportunity to partner with Amach's newest account and set a strong, positive precedent with impactful results.

Key responsibilities & duties include:



Ensure that agile ceremonies are conducted effectively and facilitate daily stand-up meetings to maintain progress and communication.
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, establishing and nurturing strong relationships. Manage and align stakeholder expectations regarding project scope and timelines through effective negotiation.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure targets are met. Track and report on project performance metrics for clear visibility on progress. Implement risk management strategies to proactively mitigate potential project delays.

Required Skills:



Highly experienced Scrum Master
Experience in managing Agile projects
Software development lifecycle management delivery experience e.g. delivered multiple projects end to end
Expertise with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Competency in implementing Agile metrics (e.g., Velocity, Burn-down/up Charts)
Proven track record of successful project deliveries
