We are looking for proficient Senior AWS DevOps Engineers to join a new customer commitment. You will be working on an ongoing AWS migration project, delivering a scalable and proficient cloud solution. At Amach, our customer engagements are diverse, offering exposure to cutting-edge technologies. You will work in cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for some of Europe’s most high-profile aviation customers. As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to pursue AWS certifications at Associate, Professional, and Speciality levels, alongside other relevant training.Beyond this role, you will be involved in a wide range of projects, including:


Developing innovative cloud solutions

Delivering cloud migration projects

Supporting development teams with DevOps technologies (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, configuration management)


Key responsibilities:


Develop organisational processes and define key metrics for infrastructure management

Maximise the benefits of cloud technologies

Establish clear governance structures and define team roles and responsibilities

Identify opportunities for clients to leverage IT for strategic impact, shaping a target IT architecture that meets business needs and reduces costs

Set up and manage production environments, ensuring stability, uptime, and cost efficiency

Implement forward-thinking monitoring solutions

Align Development and DevOps toolsets

Collaborate with Development, Test, Operations, and Release teams


Required skills & experience:


Experience as a Senior Engineer or readiness to step into a Senior DevOps role

Robust background in AWS and cloud technologies within a DevOps/SRE team

Expertise in Linux, AWS, and Terraform

Proven experience in migrating from traditional hosted environments to cloud-based infrastructure

Experience working across Development, Test, Operations, and Release teams

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js, .NET)

Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Jenkins, AWS CI/CD services)

As a GitHub Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transitioning our customer's build pipelines and source code repositories to GitHub Enterprise. You will be responsible for migrating source code repositories from various platforms such as Bitbucket, Subversion, CVS, and GitLab to GitHub Enterprise. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring a smooth migration process, optimising workflows and integrating GitHub with existing tools and systems.

Please note this role operates in a hybrid model with candidates expected to be able and willing to work from our customer's London offices twice a month.

Key responsibilities:


Develop and implement migration strategies to transition projects and repositories to GitHub

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop migration plans

Perform hands-on repository migrations, including codebase, issues, documentation and CI/CD pipeline configurations

Ensure seamless integration of GitHub with existing tools and workflows

Optimise GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines for performance, security and scalability

Provide technical guidance and support during the migration process

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to repository migration and integration

Document processes, configurations and best practices

Stay updated with the latest features and developments in GitHub and associated DevOps tools



Required skills & experience:


Ability and experience of acting as a Lead Engineer

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Source Code Manager or similar role with hands-on GitHub implementation

Strong proficiency with GitHub and Git version control

Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash)

Understanding of containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration abilities



Desirable skills:


Experience with EKS Harness, Kubernetes, Jenkins/Cloudbees, Terraform, Puppet, Rspec, Black Duck, SonarQube, Artifactory

We’re looking for a commercially minded Analyst to join Amach and work with one of our key customers in the travel and loyalty space. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a well known loyalty programme, analysing how their points-based currency is used across multiple partners globally. You'll be embedded in a collaborative, data-driven team, helping to shape the future of loyalty currency by uncovering trends, delivering insights and supporting commercial decision-making.

If you are passionate about understanding customer behaviour, working with data and influencing real-world decisions through insight, then this role is for you.

This role is embedded with our customer’s London-based team who have a hybrid setup: 1–2 days per week onsite is required in their offices in central London (flexible which days)

Key responsibilities & duties include:


Analyse how loyalty currency (points) moves between different partner airline programmes across the globe

Uncover trends in customer behaviour and provide insight into how and why currency is earned, transferred or spent

Build clear, compelling dashboards and reports that guide commercial and strategic decisions

Tell the story behind the data – turning complex datasets into actionable insights

Work with commercial stakeholders, product managers and analysts to ensure data is at the heart of decision-making

Collaborate with a dedicated data engineer who manages the pipelines and datasets – your focus is insight and communication


Required skills:


4–5 years’ experience in a commercial, insight or data analyst role

Hands-on SQL skills – comfortable writing queries for joins, aggregations and exploratory analysis

Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker

Willingness to work with Astroto, a no-code dashboarding tool (training and support provided)

Strong storytelling and communication skills, able to simplify complex data for business audiences

Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and prioritising insight work that delivers value

Previous experience in loyalty, travel or customer insights is a bonus – but not essential
