Contract Product Owner – £350p/d – Inside IR35 – Manchester (2 days a week) – 3-month contract (likely extension)
We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to join one of Europe’s leading eCommerce companies on a contract basis and embed themselves within a proven and highly successful engineering squad.
Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week in a Manchester office (must be based in the UK without visa or sponsorship requirements)
Duration: 3 months initial (strong likelihood of extension)
Rate: £350 per day (Inside IR35)
Start: ASAP
What you’ll be doing:
Working in a fast-paced eCommerce/retail environment
Refining tickets, ensuring clear requirements for developers
Collaborating with engineering teams to manage backlogs and priorities
Acting as a bridge between tech & business teams to align goals
Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups
Gathering & documenting requirements for backend-heavy projects
Supporting product discovery and roadmap discussions
What we’re looking for:
4-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner
Strong background in retail or eCommerce
Ability to thrive in a high-speed, agile environment
