Technical Lead position for a project involving the implementation of Policy Administration systems for Managing General Agents (MGAs) in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical and industry-specific expertise. Hybrid role with 1 day a week needed on-site.

Technical Expertise:
Programming skills in languages such as .NET, Java, or MVC.
Experience with IT architecture, particularly within the insurance industry.
Familiarity with cloud solutions, Generative AI (GenAI), and underwriting workbenches.
Experience in system design, build, and testing, especially in complex configurations.
Industry Knowledge:
A strong understanding of Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C), Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, and Reinsurance processes in the insurance sector.
Specific knowledge of the London Market processes and technology ecosystem.
Insurance qualifications or certifications that demonstrate knowledge of the industry.
Leadership & Project Management:
Proven experience leading a team of technical consultants.
Ability to estimate requirements, lead testing processes, and ensure the technical team's deliverables are of high quality.
Good communication skills to collaborate with other stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
Preferred Experience:
Previous insurance or underwriting experience will be an added benefit.
Familiarity with emerging technologies in the insurance domain, for example Cloud solutions, GenAI, Underwriting Workbenches or emerging London Market platforms.
