PMO Specialist (DV Cleared) - 6 Month Contract - Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared PMO Specialist to support a high-profile, secure project. The successful candidate will play a key role in governance, planning, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical programmes within a highly regulated environment.
Key Details:
Location: Farnborough (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (Long term program)
Rate: Competitive on application
Determination: Outside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure governance frameworks and quality management processes are followed across all project phases.
Oversee planning and resource management, ensuring efficient project execution.
Act as the key point of contact for stakeholder engagement, building strong internal and external relationships.
Lead change management initiatives, ensuring governance compliance and effective project transitions.
Confidently run governance meetings and handle queries related to delivery methods and assurance.
Required skills and experience:
Proven experience in project governance and assurance, with a solid understanding of delivery best practices.
A recognised PMO or assurance qualification (eg, P3O, PRINCE2, MSP, APM).
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, ensuring clarity in reporting and decision-making.
Experience working within secure or highly regulated environments.
