It helps people improve their nutritional habits through personalized programs, meal tracking, and health insights, which allows them to lead healthier and happier lives.

Now, we are looking for an experienced Creative Producer for Google User Acquisition to drive the strategy and execution of static and video creatives across all Google inventory. You’ll collaborate at the intersection of creativity, performance, and production—coordinating a team of motion and graphic designers to produce compelling, high-performing ad creatives.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Google UA Lead, UA managers, and Google platform partners to bring impactful creative strategies to life. You will be instrumental in scaling production processes, aligning creative outputs with performance goals, and ensuring top-notch delivery across Google placements including YouTube, UAC, and Display.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, combining creative vision with operational rigor—and who understands what makes performance marketing tick, especially in the Wellness space.

What You'll Do

Creative Strategy Ownership: Shape and execute the creative direction across Google placements—static and video;
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with UA managers, platform reps (Google Mates), and the internal design team to ensure strategy alignment and execution excellence;
Team Management: Guide and empower a team of motion and graphic designers to produce a high volume of creative assets;
Production Pipeline Oversight: Own the Google-specific production pipeline from marketing research, brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, feedback loops, and quality are maintained;
Creative Testing & Optimization: Work closely with UA team to implement Google-specific testing strategies, interpret results, and iterate based on performance insights;
Workflow & Process Scaling: Improve operational efficiency to scale asset production while maintaining creative quality and strategic alignment;
Localization & Distribution: Oversee adaptation of creatives for different markets and formats, ensuring local nuance and platform compliance;
Communication with Google: Serve as the primary creative counterpart for Google platform representatives, aligning on trends, best practices, and experimental opportunities.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

Scale up creative production to meet Google UA needs across multiple markets and formats;
Drive performance-led creative thinking for Wellness-focused user journeys;
Evolve processes to better support rapid iteration and creative testing loops;
Balance long-term creative vision with the demands of high-velocity output;

Who You Are

You're a detail-oriented creative operator who loves blending strategy with execution, and data with design. You know what works on YouTube, Display, and UAC—and how to make it happen with a distributed creative team. You're comfortable talking to Google reps one minute and giving creative feedback the next.

What We Look For

5+ years in creative production, preferably with experience in performance marketing or UA for mobile products;
2+ years leading creative teams, with a track record of scaling output and improving creative performance;
Solid knowledge of Google ad platforms and formats; Experience leading both video and static asset production for user acquisition;
Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration; Strong organizational skills and cross-functional communication skills;
Would be a plus if you have an experience in executing creative strategy for wellness products such as fitness platforms, health apps, mindfulness tools, or nutrition services.
