Peaple Talent have partnered with a brilliant start-up client in the UK looking to recruit for a remote Machine Learning Engineer – Data and AI.

The successful candidate will help our client to amplify their impact by improving their Machine Learning models, building scalable data pipelines, and enabling real-time analytics for their clients. You will also play an important role in the developing and maintenance of machine learning models, data pipelines, and analytics tools. You will be hands-on with Python, SQL, Apache Beam, TensorFlow, React.js and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Refine machine learning models for predictions and integrate them into our clients MLOps pipeline.
Manage and optimize cloud-based ML workflows on GCP and build scalable MLOps pipelines.
Design, develop, and optimize Apache Beam data pipelines for real-time processing of large datasets.
Present actionable insights derived from machine learning models and data analytics to key stakeholders.
Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
Develop robust AI-driven tools for building performance analysis and energy savings optimization.
Maintain Looker and React.js dashboards to deliver real-time insights to clients and internal teams.

Key Experience Required:

Ability to develop efficient Python solutions for data-related challenges.
Skills in retrieving and manipulating data from SQL and NoSQL databases.
Practical experience in construction machine learning models using TensorFlow, Keras, or equivalent frameworks.
Experience in deploying and managing ML solutions and data pipelines on GCP.
Understanding of MLOps principles and experience in automating ML model deployment.
Experience in utilizing Apache Beam for large-scale data processing.
Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to build dynamic and engaging dashboards using React.js (desirable)
Familiarity with and practical experience in utilizing data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI (desired).
Understanding and experience in developing data strategies that directly support and enhance business goals.
