Very excited to speak with candidates who have or hold

Minimum a Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's degree) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science and 3+ years of relevant work experience
Minimum 2 years experience with ServiceNow implementation, especially in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management or IT Operations Management
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
Experience with solutioning and delivering complex enterprise technology implementations
Experience identifying and resolving potential trade-offs or conflicts among technical solutions options, and ability to align this with business outcomes or impacts
Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly translate theoretical concepts into practical outcomes that deliver business value
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Excellent command of written and spoken English, as well as either Dutch or French
Ability work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Ideally, you

have experience with general technology implementation and software development lifecycle experience
have experience in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle, Agile Management
obtained certifications in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management and ITIL
are a certified ITIL V3 practitioner
have experience with XML, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
