THE ROLE
As the Executive Assistant in our SaaS Product leadership team, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior Temenos technology leaders, ensuring smooth coordination and operational efficiency.
You will manage scheduling, communications, and project coordination while handling sensitive information with discretion.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail to support the leadership team effectively.
OPPORTUNITIES
Executive Support & Coordination
You will manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Working directly for the Head Trader, the hire will run a remit that is broad – he/she will manage prime broker relationships, all trade breaks & issues, PM limits & requests, performance & risk reports, oversee execution etc. The hire will also regularly work on a wide range of projects for the Head Trader. The intention is for the hire to gradually take on more trading responsibilities before progressing into an outright trader role (within 2yrs). We are looking for candidates with 2-5yrs experience in an operations / middle office / trader assistant role, with ambitions to move towards being a trader. We can only consider buy-side specialists with a strong passion for and understanding of financial markets. Candidates must have advanced excel, with any VBA, SQL or Python skills extremely beneficial. The role will pay an entry £50-60k base salary. Being part of the front office bonus pool, the total comp can be very attractive for a high performer.
