Parfums Christian Dior is looking for an Intern Assistant to Commercial Sell-In Team in Brussels for minimum 6 months starting end of June 2025.
We’re looking for a motivated intern to support day to day missions of the Key Account Managers in BENELUX.
This cross-functional offer is an ideal first step to sales environment & to the Perfume & Cosmetics Luxury industry.

Job responsibilities
SUPPORT THE TEAM IN DEVELOPPING AN ACCURATE UNDERSTANDING OF THE MARKET
Responsible for tracking main competitors Trade activities at POS and Digital
Update & Optimize follow-up files
Analyze and Compare market activations
Liaise with retail teams to ensure information coherency
Follow up of the Parfums Christian Dior image guidelines
SUPPORT KAM IN DEVELOPPING THE DIOR LOYALTY PROGRAMS TO RETAILER
Liaise with Training Teams to collect subscription & participation data
Update & optimize follow-up files
Communicate results to retail teams
Develop communication supports to retail teams and POS
Ensure coherency between BELUX & NL programs
UPDATE OPERATIONAL REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
POS performances per category
E-retail performances
European retailer files
Follow up of BENELUX Trade results
Price tracking
MONITORING MONTHLY SELLING TOOLS TO BE SENT TO PERFUMERIES
Liaise with all marketing departments to extract monthly required data (Samples and GWP- gift with purchase)
Update files with monthly / trade related information
Send and get file approved by Supply Chain department
Inform KAM about follow-up
ASSIST PUNCTUALLY ON VARIOUS MISSIONS FOR THE SALES TEAM
Summarize Dior's overall performance with graphs
Liaise with Marketing department to get updated product presentations & product information
Liaise with Supply Chain department to ensure product delivery

Student in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
First experience in buying, marketing or retail
Excel & Power Point expert is mandatory
Demonstrated outstanding academic performance and an aptitude for analytics
Attraction for figures and analysis
Can multitask and is able to meet deadlines
Is well organized & rigorous
Can work independently
Ability to ‘Think outside the Box’, bring new ideas
Can work in a fast-paced environment & understand complex matters
Fluent in French & English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
