En tant que gestionnaire recrutement, vous travaillez à Haren et vous rapportez au responsable recrutement. Votre mission est d'assurer en toute autonomie l'administration de l'engagement et l’onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs de la STIB.
De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?
Vous établissez les contrats de travail (nouveaux contrats, de mobilité interne et prolongation) et procédez à leur signature avec les collaborateurs de la STIB.
En collaboration avec vos collègues, vous êtes responsable de l'écolage Conduite.
Vous encodez les contrats dans SAP et en assurez le suivi jusqu’au 1er jour de démarrage.
Vous organisez et coordonnez l’onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs.
Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des intérimaires analyse de la demande, point de contact avec les agences interims, le recruteur et les futurs responsables.
Vous êtes le SPOC pour le Customer Care et traitez les questions émanant de ce service.
Vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil ?
Vous disposez d’un diplôme de Bachelor dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines ou équivalent par expérience.
Vous possédez une première expérience pertinente en gestion administrative. Vous possédez une première expérience en coordination d’activités liées au recrutement ou vous avez des bonnes connaissances en législation sociale.
Vous pouvez aisément vous exprimer en français et en néerlandais.
Vous maitrisez les outils MS Office. La connaissance de SAP est un atout
