Senior Performance Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to drive performance testing, observability, and optimization strategies within our client's product domain.
What does our client do ?
They help pharmaceutical companies detect and fix risks in clinical trials using smart data analysis.
What You’ll Do:
Enhance the Performance Testing & Observability framework within a product domain
Develop and maintain performance observability dashboards using tools like Grafana, Splunk, or DataDog
Execute load and performance tests to detect system bottlenecks and optimize application scalability
Work closely with software engineers, architects, and DevOps teams to implement best practices for performance optimization
Integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend performance, database tuning, and infrastructure efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience with performance testing, infrastructure monitoring, and system scalability
Strong problem-solving mindset to identify performance bottlenecks and enhance system efficiency
Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with engineering teams
