Job Description

We are looking for an ITAM Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis to drive forward our delivery capability and deliver the optimum solutions to the clients. Our Service Management Practice delivers infrastructure support services to a significant number of clients, across multiple sectors. The current Service Delivery offers prospective candidates the opportunity for significant recognition, skills and technology exposure, and career development and training across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee IT Asset Management (ITAM) lifecycle: Manage procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance.
Manage digital certificates: Ensure timely renewals, compliance with security policies, and maintain an accurate inventory in ServiceNow.
Develop and implement policies: Create and maintain ITAM and certificate management policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
Collaborate with IT and security teams: Ensure effective management of assets and certificates, supporting discovery via Azure and IP network.
Conduct regular audits: Verify data accuracy and compliance with cryptography policies and standards.
Provide training and support: Train staff on ITAM and certificate management processes, including automated workflows for renewals and notifications.
Govern certification processes: Oversee creation, adoption, and deprecation of certificates, providing best practice guidance.
Monitor and report: Track certificate standards, report discrepancies, and collaborate with the Service Management team.
Support centralised certificate management: Implement centralised procurement through external CA authorities and integrate with ServiceNow.
Enhance compliance reporting: Work with Cyber Security and IT teams to improve compliance reporting and policy development.
Optimise Service Assets performance: Ensure optimal performance of Service Assets and configurations, providing monthly status reports.
Review and update policies: Maintain supporting documents and coordinate the annual review process.

Qualifications

+3 years experience in the IT industry
Experience in IT asset management and certificate management.
Strong knowledge of ITAM tools and best practices.
Familiarity with digital certificate management and PKI.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Certification in ITAM (e.g., CITAM) or related field is a plus.
