Présentation du poste
Au sein du centre de services mutualisé, l’ingénieur Réseau/Sécurité intègrera une équipe jeune et motivée, composée de 7 personnes. Il apportera son expertise dans l’exécution des projets clients, accompagnera nos clients dans leur réflexion autour de l’architecture réseau, assurera la veille technologique et participera à la résolution des incidents critiques et complexes.
Mission
· Être moteur et force de proposition sur les solutions techniques adaptées aux contraintes et souhaits des clients :
Définir les standards, les procédures et l’architecture des réseaux clients et internes.
Contrôler et assurer la cohérence du système d'information et le respect des standards utilisés.
Réaliser les dossiers d’architecture technique.
Contribuer à l'évolution des standards d'architecture technique.
· Accompagner nos clients sur les différents projets :
Participer aux ateliers et aux audits techniques lors des prises en charges de nouveaux clients/périmètres.
Participer au travail de projet transverse avec de multiples participants IT et métier.
Concevoir, proposer, évaluer et déployer des évolutions de l'infrastructure.
· Contribuer à l'administration et au support de niveau 3 sur l'ensemble du réseau dans le périmètre du centre de service :
Mettre en place les interconnexions entre les différents réseaux de l’entreprise pour assurer leur compatibilité.
Accompagner, former et sensibiliser l’équipe sur la partie Réseau/sécurité niveau 3.
Participer à la résolution des incidents complexes et critiques de niveau 3
· Assurer la fiabilité et la sécurité de l'ensemble du réseau.
· Assurer la veille technologique.
