Data Centre Remediation Project Manager
London (Onsite 3 days per week)
A large investment bank in the city is seeking an experienced Data Centre Remediation Project Manager to join their team on a 6-month project, with the potential for extension.
You will play a pivotal part in a major data centre migration, directly influencing the project's success.
Responsibilities
Lead the remediation efforts for the data centre, focusing on controls and cyber risk.
Collaborate closely with the integration PM to ensure seamless connectivity and effective cyber risk management.
Drive the project forward with a proactive attitude, swiftly resolving issues and ensuring efficient decision-making.
Engage with senior stakeholders, managing upwards and communicating effectively with high-level personnel
Oversee the re-engineering and rebadging of intellectual property to comply with the bank's requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong background in data centre remediation and cyber risk management
Experience within banking or financial services environments.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, take ownership, and work both independently and as part of a team
Capability to resolve issues without delving into the technical minutiae
Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing projects at a high level.
