Old Trafford, Manchester | £35,000 base (£55,000 OTE) | 12pm - 9pm, early finish Fridays (6pm)

The Role:

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the oversee the initiation phase of our North American clients, ensuring premium service to build and retain long-term business relationships. You will oversee a customer support database, collaborate with internal teams, and develop product expertise to drive retention. Your focus will be on creating a partnership-oriented dynamic with clients, while strategically aligning their needs with our company goals to ensure success and satisfaction.

What you’d be doing:


Liaising with our North American clients daily via telephone and email

Provide a world-class Sales service to maximise any opportunities to retain existing business.

Implementing business strategy and service values to meet client retention targets.

Managing a customer support database on a day-to-day basis

Liaising with key internal departments to maintain strong communication channels.

Gaining a high level of knowledge of our products to maximize effectiveness in client retention

Correctly identifying issues in the Sales process through effective questioning

As an intern, you will participate in our 12-week internship program in our London Data Centers. Duties & Responsibilities The Engineering Operations team is Amazon’s front-line responders for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operations. You will work with equipment that supports mission-critical servers and must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, UPS’s, PDU’s, AHU’s, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFD’s, and building automation systems. Duties Include Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment Assist root cause analysis of equipment failures Assist in troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal SLA Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment Utilize internal CMMS to manage building workflows Interact with third party vendors & contractors who are working on site Physical Requirements Work at heights and from ladders. Regularly lift and/or move up to 49 pounds unassisted and participate in group lifts for 50 pounds or more. Use hands to manipulate small wires and objects.
